What does “research use only” mean?
All products are supplied strictly for in-vitro laboratory and research purposes. They are not medicines and are not for human or animal consumption. By ordering you confirm you are 18 or over and purchasing on that basis.
Are your peptides tested?
Yes. Every batch is sent to an independent third-party laboratory. Where a Certificate of Analysis has been published it’s linked on the product page, and we can email the current report for any product on request.
How do I pay?
When you place your order we reserve your items and email you our bank details with a unique payment reference. Once the transfer arrives we confirm by email and dispatch. Unpaid orders are held for a limited time, then released.
How fast is delivery?
Orders paid before 2pm on a working day are dispatched the same day on a tracked next-day UK service. Shipping is free on UK orders over £110.
How is it packaged?
Plain, padded, unbranded mailers with no mention of the contents on the outside. Your receipt and product information arrive separately by email.
Where do you ship?
The UK and the Republic of Ireland. We only ship where we can rely on the delivery.
How should peptides be stored?
Lyophilised (powder) vials are best kept cool and dark, and refrigerated once reconstituted. Storage details for each compound are listed on its product page.
